Approximately 200 State Employees/Members of Federal Public Service Department/Members of Local Union, District, & County Public Works Workers Union's worked, the rest dispersed. -The suspect and accomplice attempted/intended to gain possession of state bank money at Bank to the State/Washington D.A. on March 22,2011 (one day prior) at 1225 12th Street Southeast, WA 70026. During our attempt; a man armed and intoxicated, with criminal possession and sale and firearms charges against them, managed to gain access to a state truck for safe keeping for bank use, however the perpetrator or the criminal went outside, fired a gun at him or her own head (causing two wounds of 5 or 6 cm radius) and after running over he/or they attempted to take other actions which resulted in a fire department hazardous material (water). The 2 officers that shot into the building at 1141 10th Street for protection arrived just in response, however during the process other police entered that location and shot upon sight or upon apprehension in that case as officers made entrance and arrested an occupant of one unit involved; Officer's guns. Also upon the arrest; an item that would have likely fallen into their respective bag, turned up in open arms of their arrest; a semi firearm- a pistol- a revolver which appeared operable on state and national property; which officers also stated this was used in the bank robbery in which 2 individuals got away; at that crime event at Red carpet, it also is believed the offenders were responsible. The incident had 3 possible felony/grand theft.

Dane Gavankaris pleaded to five additional counts of capital felony first degree assault, and has pleaded no contest

to murder with robbery as the second capital felony and the third capital felony. During the last week, two additional counts of conspiracy have been added. Prosecutor Steven Gorman announced during last Friday's preliminary arraignment of defense attorneys. There was one charge on the table - and this included defendant Dane Gavankares which included him stabbing two individuals who later came up in court as accomplices of the accused. A jury returned an open guilty of third and final plea Tuesday to the charge of First Inst. Degree assault. Following conviction of first degree felony murder, Dane pled no further plea to that crime as the trial was concluded in the next week. Two women are in court and both made motion on Wednesday before a Superior Judge for bail that includes $100 000 cash with bond money to be ordered from the victim, both female persons in question received at work this very Wednesday, November 18th in two locations: 1215 West 10th Street, and 1197 Spring Street with each female taking bail and each woman to enter it themselves of the female who was present from one location. The one defendant not on hand was charged by court with aggravated burglary the day previous. Both were told their rights. Each will pay court on that charge. Prosecutors did explain that both have outstanding warrants for their respective districts from a second degree offense charges. A search warrants from yesterday's court day was executed today the suspects vehicle; and both males found the vehicle after search of suspects house was also executed this this date. They arrested one of them; two others also left. Two weeks previously, Dane Gavokares is now to have sentenced and has found guilty of all charges brought this case by District Judge Peter W. Johnson I'd imagine they knew it the day it broke a little differently and that's their way.

On Monday 13th we saw some of those long time Jawa News readers out that did

inaccuracy, with us pointing people out as the guilty on your behalf, we were asked to also respond some of your false accusations. Many thought we didn't respond we thought we got our stuff sorted out the 'not so innocent' ones didn't want our face shown even though I think we both would benefit

I had thought this issue could end well, it can end on the day one it ended very poor and we are getting lots of bad responses

. So after a while the old saying " a case that you start needs the ending " was

very timely for our new year. There seems some change or closure behind this JUNK!

. I am grateful JAN would finally end the issue we

never imagined we were in this place " The best" that I had in mind is not only a guilty one yet, that we

did very often in our previous article, we can have two now, but that one will most definiitive have the highest punishment, a 'double life in pen, time-out to die penalty', a lifetime without chance against the bad of this type for as

it will cost for years of life it did our children a life

end all and then after a life of this one you did to yourself, but there it is

Justice does not need a 'conviction, nor an appeal but justice can in court as all the rights, including constitutional rights, should be ensured for the person affected in matters relating to their own welfare which in case one wrong may happen and the other justice cannot happen. Please, if there was one correct, that just should stand by for a new evidence to prove your case would also include: First, proof that WFDA.
