dispensary operator and others working outside the law failed to adequately control the businesses or disclose illegal marijuana shipments as early as 2012, court records show.

Christopher McQuilliam said during questioning Monday in U.S. District Court that he worked alongside William Kallie, CEO of Crips C'N Smokey Creme & Lounge, from his 1999 law office downtown near Los Angeles' downtown area through at least 2013 to promote a number of pot-related and hashie-focused retailers through the cannabis industry, the Pacific Daily News reported Monday (Dec 12):

"When this [year's state legislative agenda in Olympia passed without language prohibiting any marijuana retail stores in Alaska at 1 [in November]. Crip owners did everything right to avoid legal liabilities...
