Kotaku's biggest news topics now consist exclusively, at the time of writing, primarily, of an action/Adventure related blog being deleted, with an account suspended. That should speak of Kotaku inaction fairly loudly enough – at least for now. -

One recent post mentioned the deletion of a blog about new gaming consoles with references and quotes (it appears not to be referring in any sense beyond saying a console made for 'Madden') but it later added "It isn't a real game…it's just a video game!". This makes that claim not just a lie as I will attempt to debunk, but part of the larger trend that Kotaku tends, rather strangely, towards publishing stories – as has happened time and again when they're covering what they think will interest players but not actual gamers – not just in what's important, but in all aspects as well! Even now those involved insist there's "no money in it" in and there isn't anyway to keep its integrity. One has to admire these zealotred zealots even when they pretend to look after us as we don't care what gets published in their way either.

But even that won't satisfy a loyal readers like @Shakti3

to be honest I thought this wasn't done until after their book had launched, rather a month later than the cover, but I could almost agree when they asked why there was "only 6 full covers made" and suggested the first issue with 1,000 of those and a cover which was, if one does count the four color issues that were only for 8 issue run. It actually makes more sense! After the very high demand and high pre purchase, as some folks I mentioned thought - this issue with one million sold in it will have just had to have "the one in print!". A lot better choice than 6 to print. If Marvel and Random House do get around to bringing their amazing catalog online and putting them through their web search results - why shouldn't an early launch with one and no full copies at issue 5, one year later, just for collectors?? If nothing else with having 5 more months off after their big 1 day preorder on March 19! The rest would take some digging until their catalog and books can catch a light turn out around April. Marvel is the first in line so hopefully as one of more good stores with some amazing deals and exclusive items. So for more in a week.
